Kristine Jarinovska (born 22 August 1977) is legal scientist, doctor of laws ''Dr. iur. doctor iuris'' of University of Latvia〔http://www.lu.lv/zinas/t/2777/〕 and was the Secretary of State of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia.〔http://www.guide2womenleaders.com/Latvia.htm〕 Jarinovska was raised in the United States state of Wisconsin.
